  Replace deprecated Path::operator() by method eval.

  check that the end configuration satisfies the constraint of the path.

  - make Node class as a deprecated typedef,
  - rename methods accordingly, making old methods deprecated.

* rename PartialShortcutTrait into PartialShortcutTraits

  - Make 2 GraphPathValidation::validate deprecated, and
  - implement a new one that takes a reference to a PathValidationReportPtr_t
    as input,
  - update code accordingly.

  - homogeneize integer types : int -> std::size_t
  - explicitely cast when necessary.

  Add validation report classes for config and path validations.

  Path now store the size of the output derivative.
