Add model of Pyrene with lidar in the head.

  model has been generated using command
  xacro -o pyrene.urdf robots/talos_full_v2.urdf.xacro head_type:=lidar enable_crane:=false foot_collision:=default disable_gazebo_camera:=true
  in talos_robots from https://github.com/pal-robotics/talos_robot.
