Remove the roscpp dependency because it is causing issues with the release of the package on ROS2

[Tests] fix compilation warnings of sphinx

Remove sphinx and subdirectory doc from CMakeLists.txt

I have 4 warnings during the make install of the package about sphinx. I saw with Olivier Stasse and  Florent Lamiraux that it could be deleted because it is not used.
