* include/sot-dynamic/dynamic.h, * src/dynamic.cpp: - Dynamic::createEndeffJacobianSignal, - Dynamic::createJacobianSignal, - Dynamic::createPositionSignal, - Dynamic::createVelocitySignal, - Dynamic::createAccelerationSignal now take a pointer to CjrlJoint instead of a rank in a joint vector. Warning: Dynamic::commandLine is broken.
