[SotLoader] Remove useless boost::condition_variable cond

Remove useless condition variable which was never used (no call to wait()  function) and leads to errors when used with PAL packages.

fix shadowing of Entity::name

To fix build with -Werror=shadow

  - initialization() should be called after initializeRosNode() since the
    former stores ROS parameter "/robot_description" in
    sot::sgl_map_name_to_robot_util (sot/tools/robot-utils.cpp), while the
    second sends the python prologue to the interpreter, and the prologue
    needs the parameter server to contain key "/robot_description".

Fix inclusion order for robot-utils.hh

as it should be a private link, but on a target that use
pkg_config_use_dependency, which doesn't allow public/private keyworld
yet

Fix minor warnings.
