Merge Coverage into devel

Coverage

Delete the cout and the include of iostream

total_periode is a long long unsigned int, not a double

Include iostream because cout need that to be part on the namespace std

Change the input mode to ostringstream

Made a bug when I was added line, I delete the bug

Make the code easier to read by importing the matrix m in OS instead of importing elements 1 by 1

Delete the end of file (type checking)

Delete isplugged instead of unplug

command-test was already created, didn't have this test when I pull

Race condition if the value reach zero, then the time sample
has to be reset to timeSamplePeriod.

This should be externalized as it has an impact on output
messages.
