Add operations to the unused variables to silence the unused variable warnings in order to have a stable release of dynamic-graph into the ros buildfarm

[cmake] Remove test.cmake

Necessary on clang.

Update package.xml

Remove jrl-cmakemodules because it is called two times and because of that the release in the ros buildfarm did not work.

Add dependencies to build in the ROS buildfarm
