Package reorganization

The package does not follow the laboratory and/or the ROS standard:

  • Make a proper ROS multipackages repository. CMakeLists.txt/package.xml for each package + one for the global repository
  • Add jrl-cmake modules per package.
  • If possible make the package compatible with ROS-1 and ROS-2
