Serial communication no longer working

While developing cascaded control library, we found out that the serial communication was no longer working. The issue is not coming from PRJ.conf or DTS file, that are still configured as required. Rootcause has not been identified.

This problem is quite critical as serial is really important to detect kernel panics and/or other issues.
