Fixing bug 729 - Improve Launching button behaviour and avoid to connect to uncompleted describe robot

This type acts like a future for the protocol response messages.

Also provide QML bindings.

 * Advertise which robots can be renamed (through Node::capabilities)
 * Handle rename properly in the launcher UI
 * Send rename commands to the TDM

[Launcher] RenameNode -> Aseba::SetDeviceInfo + Aseba::GetDeviceInfo
 -> RequestCompleted -> NodesChanged
