[demo] memmo/talos_randomMove_flat and talos_stairs10_random : fix errors introduced by previous merge

[tools] surfaces_from_config : take an argument to define a maximal yaw variations between two config

new scenario for memmo

Release of version 4.7.0.

- init root position is always (0,0) on (x,y)
- init z position in random in bounds (and not fixed to the reference config one anymore
- final root position in unconstrained, and final root orientation is randomly sampled
- feet z position are correctly set to 0
- height of the com in the init state is guarantee inside the kin constraints of timeopt

[tools] add getSurfacesExtremumPoints : script to manipulate affordance objects and convert them to points list

FIXME : really not generic ! only work for rectangles with normal along z
