* This a convenient way of computing the total time and the average time
* spent in a function.

  - TypeWkPtr -> TypeWkPtr_t.

  * Redefine KIT_DECLARE_CLASS and KIT_DEFINE_CLASS.

  * HPP_MAKE_EXCEPTION_NO_QUALIFIER allows definig a new exception
    class without any extra-qualifier.
  * This macro prevents the use of the HPP_MAKE_EXCEPTION macro with
    an empty argument, which triggers a warning.

  * Such warnings are due to an accumulation of semi-columns in the
    macros defined by KiteLab.
  * The new header file kitelab.hh redefines such macros correctly.
  * Macros have the same name as the original ones prefixed by HPP_.

Add empty body to logging signals when HPP_DEBUG is undefined.

  * This prevents gcc from signaling a warning when one logging signal
    is used by itself in an if condition.
