  URL softs.laas.fr/git/robots/scripts might pose
  some problems for external access...

  - fix broken links due to the fact that doxygen is not
    anymore used,
  - update installation instructions (autotools -> cmake).

  For most packages under robotpkg, html documentation and doxytag file
  are now installed in share/doc/packageName/html.
