Boost 1.73 added a boring warning about deprecated use of boost bind,
which is still used by boost python.

As of Boost 1.75, this is still not fixed:

Fixed year for c++ files with copyright starting from 2018

Fixed bug: the gap threshold was too big

The Python library was written in 2018, however, the creation of the c++
library cannot consider as a copy-pasted action.

I discussed with Guilhem about this issue!
